Four-Point Contact Angular Contact Ball Bearings (General)
These bearingsare radial single row angular contact ball bearings with raceways that are designed to support axial loads in both directions. For a given axial load, a limited radial load can also be supported (Load ratio).
Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings
The Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the most widely used bearing type, which can usually be provided with closed (with seal or dust cover) or open design.
Metric Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearing
They can withstand axial thrust loads in one direction.Range in bore diameters from 10mm to 1400mm.
Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Angular contact ball bearings support both radial and axial loads through asymmetric races that house the bearing’s spherical rolling elements, also called bearing balls, on an angle
Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings
The Stainless Steel Deep Groove Ball Bearings can resist corrosion caused by moisture and other media.
Double Direction Thrust Ball Bearings
They can withstand axial thrust loads in both directions.Range in bore diameters from 10mm to 150mm.
Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings With Filling Slots
There is a ball loading gap on the inner and outer rings of the single-row deep groove ball bearing with a ball loading gap, which is used to load more steel balls, significantly improving the bearing's radial load capacity. However, its axial load capacity is limited and it is not suitable for high axial load applications. To enhance axial load capacity, double-row deep groove ball bearings or angular contact ball bearings are often used instead. These bearings are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads more effectively, ensuring smoother and more reliable operation under various conditions.
Self Aligning Ball Bearings
Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are available open or sealed. The bearings are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused by shaft deflection or misalignment of the bearing seats. This feature allows self-aligning ball bearings to operate reliably in applications where shaft misalignment is unavoidable, such as in machinery with flexible shafts or where the bearing seats are not perfectly aligned. Additionally, their ability to handle radial and axial loads in both directions makes them versatile for a wide range of applications.
Super Precision Bearings
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Single row bearings are more suitable for higher speed.
Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Double row bearings are more suitable for heavier loads.
Double Direction Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings
These bearings are designed to locate spindle shafts axially in both directions. And they are manufactured with the same nominal bore size and outside diameter as corresponding cylindrical roller bearings.
Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearings For Screw Drives
These bearings provide a high degree of axial stiffness, high axial load capacity.
Slewing Bearing
Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing
Single row ball bearings are divided into two types: flange and without flange. Includes: internal gear, without gear, external gear.
Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing
Single row roller bearings, including: internal gear, with out gear, and external gear.
Roller Bearings
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings With Inner Ring
The single row bearings comprise solid outer rings, inner rings and cages that are fitted with a large number of cylindrical rollers.
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Available in many ranges, designs, sizes and configurations of inner and outer ring flanges.
811 Series and 812 Series
Cylindrical roller thrust bearings of the series 811 and 812 can support heavy axial loads and peak loads in one direction, but not radial loads.
Double Row Spherical Roller Bearing
Double Row Spherical Roller Bearings are designed to work in applications where severe misalignment exists whether from mounting or shaft deflection and with relatively heavy radial loads and some axial loads in either direction. They deliver extremely high performance and are designed to carry extr
High-Capacity Cylindrical Roller Bearings
With the high load and high speed capability of bearings with a cage, these bearings are designed for applications in large industrial machinery such as wind turbine gearboxes, and mining equipment.
Single Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings Without Inner Ring
These bearings are typically used in applications where hardened and ground raceways are provided on the shaft.
Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
These bearings are suitable for heavy radial loads, along with a higher axial load carrying capacity and a high speed capability.
Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
These bearings are suitable for heavy radial loads, along with a higher axial load carrying capacity and a high speed capability.
Angle Rings For Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Angle rings series designation HJ are designed to stabilize NU and NJ type cylindrical roller bearings in the axial direction.
Four-Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
These bearings are engineered specifically to accommodate very heavy loads because of the high number of rollers and are well suited for rolling mill applications with high rolling speeds.
Single Row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
These bearings are cage-free, incorporate a maximum number of rollers and are therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads and have an increased radial stiffness.
Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings
Spherical roller thrust bearings is a rolling-element bearing of thrust type and it have specially designed raceways and asymmetrical rollers.it permits rotation with low friction, and permits angular misalignment. Bearings can withstand axial loads acting in one direction and radial loads acting si
Double Row Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings
These bearings are cageless and particularly suitable for very heavy radial loads and increased radial stiffness.
Plain Bearings
Radial Spherical Plain Bearings
Radial spherical plain bearings have an inner ring with a sphered convex outside diameter and an outer ring with a correspondingly sphered but concave inside surface. Their design makes them particularly suitable for bearing arrangements where alignment movements between shaft and housing have to be
Female Thread Rod Ends
Rod ends are also available for specific applications, for example, where a rod end is attached to the end of a piston rod or at the base of a hydraulic cylinder. For these applications, LILY manufactures rod ends with a slotted shank and a compressible threaded section, or with a "welding shank", w
Male Thread Rod Ends
Rod ends are also available for specific applications, for example, where a rod end is attached to the end of a piston rod or at the base of a hydraulic cylinder. For these applications, LILY manufactures rod ends with a slotted shank and a compressible threaded section, or with a "welding shank", w
Angular Contact Spherical Plain Bearings
As their name implies, the sliding contact surfaces of angular contact spherical plain bearings (table 1) are spherical in shape and inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. Consequently, these bearings are well suited for accommodating combined (radial and axial) loads. Single angular contact sphe
