Flanged Rounded Head Screws

Vibration-Resistant Variants
These pan head screws come pre-assembled with a captive, freely rotating washer — commonly called a Sems screw. Split lock and spring lock washers flatten under compression to add tension that resists loosening from vibration. External-tooth washers use sharp teeth around the outer edge to bite into the bearing surface for maximum holding power, while internal-tooth washers bite from the inner edge instead, leaving a smoother outer edge for a more finished look. A flat washer and split lock washer combination is also available for added load distribution alongside vibration resistance.
Tamper-Resistant Variants
Tri-Groove screws use three angled grooves in the head that require a specialized driver to install or remove, resisting tampering by standard tools.
