In August, the output and sales of the Miniature Bearings products of Henan Zhongzhou Group Co., Ltd. have greatly increased. The sales of auto forgings, cam shaft and special vehicles have increased 70%, 47% and six times separately. As the improvement of the economic situation in China, the market of business car has borne a rapid upturn. The output and sales of the business car related products of the Henan Zhongzhou Group, such as auto forgings, cam shaft and special vehicles, etc. have increased rapidly, which boosted the increase of the sales in the whole group in August. The comprehensive products output on comparable basis has increased 53% on a year-on-year basis and increased 32% based on that in July. The main power that drives the rapid increase of output and sales in August is from auto camshaft, auto forgings, and the new special vehicles. The orders on the camshaft have greatly increased in August instead of the gloomy market in July. Some large motor enterprises like Weichai Power Co., Ltd. and Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd., etc. has continuously increased their orders. The Dehui Camshaft Plant, the Transverse Rolling Mill and the Zhonghui Company, etc. have spared no effort to produce but they still can not meet customers requirements. The market share of auto forging products has enlarged for the strong competitive advantage of the company, and the products which have been sent to the important customers like China FAW Group, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Auto Group, etc. have increased more based on that in July. The sales of the once-through molding crossbeam, axle and light carriage, etc. for special vehicle and the related spare products have reached CNY 60 million. The production value of the special vehicles and the related products has breached CNY 200 million, which plays a very important role in boosting the increase of products output and sales on a year-on-year basis of the company.
