Attendees at the Bearing Specialists Association (BSA) 2009 Fall Meeting on September 21 C 22 at the Hilton Suites Chicago/Magnificent Mile, Chicago, Illinois, gave an enthusiastic thumbs-up to the event which is designed to offer the associations committees the opportunity to pursue their agendas. Jeff Risley, VP/Public Relations & Social Media Analyst of the Barkley advertising agency, walked attendees through the basics of how these services work in and for the corporate world, including case studies from his own experience on the use of social media to monitor social networking conversations, turn negative conversations into positive ones, and develop a social networking presence.
