The 2025 Annual Meeting of LILY Bearing began at 2:00 PM at a lively party house, with all employees gathered to celebrate the company’s achievements. CEO Mr. Cheng delivered the opening speech, reflecting on the impressive revenue growth achieved in 2024 despite global economic challenges. He attributed this success to the unwavering dedication, teamwork, and hard work of the entire staff.

Mr. Cheng emphasized the importance of staying innovative and adaptable to overcome challenges in an ever-changing business environment. He also delved into the core of LILY Bearing’s corporate culture, highlighting its mission, vision, and values:

Tug-of-War: Strength in Unity

The first game, a classic tug-of-war competition, highlighted the collective strength of LILY Bearing’s teams. Divided into multiple groups, employees gave their all, pulling with determination and cheering each other on. The game captured the spirit of teamwork and resilience, with every participant embodying the company’s commitment to collaboration and perseverance.

Musical Chairs: Focus and Agility

The second activity was musical chairs, an individual-based game that tested participants' focus and quick reflexes. With music filling the activity space, players moved around the chairs with anticipation, ready to claim a seat when the music stopped. The game brought laughter and energy to the activity space, with colleagues cheering for one another in a fun and competitive atmosphere. 

Frisbee Throwing: Strategy and Teamwork

The final game, Frisbee throwing, brought employees back into teams, challenging their strategic thinking and coordination. Each team worked together to aim for accuracy and maximize their score, with every member contributing their best efforts. The game concluded with the emergence of a champion team, but the real victory was the camaraderie and spirit shared by all.  

Dinner and Prize Draw Bring the Day to a Joyful Close

As the games concluded, employees gathered for a delicious dinner prepared by a professional chef. The meal provided a perfect opportunity for everyone to relax, share stories, and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
