Ball Bearings

Constant Section (CS) Bearings
Constant Section (CS) Bearings
These thin section bearings were developed for applications where space limitations are most important. They have an extremely small, predominantly square cross-section. Within each series, the cross-section remains constant giving them the unique description as a constant section bearings. There are basically three types: deep groove radial contact, four point contact, and angular contact. We offer the four point contact type since these are most popular and can support axial loads from both directions as well as radial loads; they thus act in the same way as double row angular contact ball bearings.

Slewing Bearing

Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing
Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing
Single row ball bearings are divided into two types: flange and without flange. Includes: internal gear, without gear, external gear.
Eight Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing
Eight Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing
Double row ball bearings, including: internal gear, with out gear, and external gear.
Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing
Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing
Single row roller bearings, including: internal gear, with out gear, and external gear.
Three-Row Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing
Three-Row Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing
Three rows of roller bearings, including: internal gear, with out gear, and external gear.
Mating Pinions
Mating Pinions
The gear paired with a slewing bearing is a mechanical transmission component used in conjunction with a slewing bearing. It transmits power by meshing with the gears on the outer or inner ring of the slewing bearing, facilitating rotational movement
RealiSlim TT Turntable Bearings
RealiSlim TT Turntable Bearings

Types of Kaydon Bearings

Thin Section Bearings

Constant Section (CS) Bearings

These bearings are perfect for tight spaces. They have a small, square cross-section that ensures excellent running accuracy and reduces friction. Available in many bore sizes, CS bearings are ideal for high-precision, compact applications.

Reali-Slim® Thin Section Ball Bearings

KAYDON's Reali-Slim® bearings are among the thinnest in the industry. They offer excellent running accuracy and reduced friction.

These bearings are ideal for applications where space is at a premium and weight reduction is beneficial.

Slewing Ring Bearings

Kaydon Slewing Ring Bearings

Four Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing

Single row ball bearings that are divided into two types: flange and without flange. These bearings are available with internal gear, external gear, or without gear, providing flexibility for various applications. They are designed to handle axial, radial, and moment loads simultaneously.

Reali-Slim TT Turntable Bearings

The TT series range in bore diameters from 1.5" to 6". These bearings use a four-point contact ball bearing design. This allows them to handle radial, axial, and moment loads effectively. They are ideal for applications requiring compact design and high load capacity.

Eight Point Contact Ball Slewing Ring Bearing

Double row ball bearings available with internal gear, external gear, or without gear. These bearings can handle heavy loads and ensure precise positioning. They are ideal for demanding applications across various industries.

Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing

Single row roller bearings that include internal gear, external gear, or without gear options. These bearings offer high stiffness and can handle both radial and axial loads, as well as moment loads. They provide reliable performance in a compact design.

Three-Row Cross Roller Slewing Ring Bearing

These bearings feature three rows of roller bearings and are available with internal gear, external gear, or without gear. They are built for applications needing high load capacity and precision. This makes them perfect for heavy-duty machinery and equipment.

Mating Pinions

Mating pinions are available to complement the slewing ring bearings. This ensures a complete and efficient solution for your mechanical systems.
