Bearing FAQs

1. Where is the nearest distributor or field sales person?
Currently there are no authorized distributors of LILY Bearing. For any inquiries related to sales, kindly reach out to our sales team at our headquarters.
2. Do you have any industry certifications?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide Certificates of Conformance (C of C), material certs, inspection reports, and information on RoHS compliance, and material traceability. Furthermore, our company has successfully obtained certifications of ISO 9001 (ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems - Requirements) and AS9100 (AS9100 Quality Management Systems - Requirements for Aviation, Space, and Defense Organizations).
3. What is your regular delivery time?
For orders of items that are currently in stock, our standard shipping timeframe is typically 1-2 business days. However, for orders that require production in large quantities, our estimated production time is generally 4-5 weeks.
4. How does shipping work?
When it comes to goods that are not overly heavy, our standard shipping method typically involves utilizing established carriers such as UPS or FedEx, either through customer accounts or prepaid arrangements. For larger quantities of heavy goods, we typically arrange shipping via air or sea freight. Please note that the customer bears the responsibility for all associated fees, duties, taxes, and other related charges.
5. What is the typical shelf life of a bearing?
As a general guideline, bearings made of 52100 Chrome Steel are typically preserved properly after production and can typically be guaranteed for a shelf life of at least 2 years. It is recommended to check for signs of rust, unusual sounds, and grease condition before sending bearings to customers, especially if they have been in stock for more than 2 years.
