Specific geometry of angular contact bearing raceways and shoulders creates ball contact angles that support higher axial loads.
Expanded options include special lubricants, cage materials, preloads and coatings for additional corrosion resistance.
Angular contact ball bearings are engineered for use in high-speed, high precision applications for:
The miniature angular contact bearing is the bearing that can withstand both radial and axial loads. With the increasing requirements of mechanical equipment, the stability of miniature angular contact bearings is also put forward, and in actual use, there will be no failure.
The speed of the miniature angular contact bearing can reach tens of thousands of revolutions per minute. As the output power of the micro angular contact bearing increases and the requirements for increasing the rotational speed become higher and higher, the efficiency of the bearing needs to be increased. The accuracy of miniature angular contact bearings is also divided into five levels, with different accuracy levels with different tolerances and rotational accuracy requirements.
The selection of correct preload and clearance of the bearings is important for operational reliability. If the bearing clearance is too large during operation, the load capacity cannot be fully utilized. In the case of miniature angular contact bearings, the contact between the inner and outer rings of the cage and the balls varies, which also has a great influence on the natural frequency of the bearings. Miniature angular contact bearings are generally greased or oil lubricated. When using grease lubrication, be sure to use high-performance greases such as oxidation, rust and extreme pressure.
Due to the high limit rotation speed of the miniature angular contact bearing, it can be used well in machine tools, high-frequency motors, centrifugal separators, oil pumps, air compressors, etc.
